I was very pleased with the way the presentation repeated key ideas. I was able to identify leaders in my church that are actually managers and are in the wrong positions in my church for us to move to the next level. I see why we have not moved forward in a very long time and why we may have lost so people along the way. I am very anxious, and willing to provide a new plan for us to follow in order for us to move to the next level in our ministry.
